Our resident yoga teacher Lisa brings all of her experience
to gift you the very best of Vinyasa Flow.

 

Integrating alignment, creative sequences that will challenge you, breath-work, meditation and guided relaxations. The asana practice can be tailored to suit complete beginners to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome and modifications are always given in a friendly and approachable way. Our classes will offer a complete overview of wellness, allowing you to immerse yourself on a journey of self-healing and self-discovery, releasing attachments to what is familiar and constricting, sparking an impact for positive transformation, encouraging your true self to surface without fear or judgement.

Typically we hold 2 classes per day which vary in times. From an uplifting sunrise flow to a restorative soothing sunset practice.

 

Additional sessions are also available for small groups and 1 on 1 (depending on availability). These smaller sessions allow for a more intimate view into your practice and well-being. You will gain a deeper understanding of your physical, mental and emotional state. You can advance your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal.

 

We also specialise in Prenatal, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga so you can relax knowing you and baby are in safe hands.

As a former classically trained professional dancer, Lisa also wanted to expand her skill set in a different area yet still working with what she is passionate about – the human body and mind. Now a qualified bodywork specialist Lisa enjoys incorporating all areas of her skills and experience to bring the very best to each and every class to create a beneficial, intimate and unforgettable retreat to all our visitors.
