To enable us to prepare for our guests and to deliver our retreat to the impeccable standards for which we pride ourselves in setting the following policies apply:
PAYMENT POLICY
- To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required. (This is non-refundable).
- You have the option to pay the full balance when making payment.
- You will receive an automated e-mail 7 weeks prior to the start of your booking date requesting the outstanding balance.
- Failure to pay the whole booking fee 6 weeks prior to the start of your booking date will result in cancellation of your booking. (No refund given.)
- You can pay the outstanding balance at any time you wish by following the link in your confirmation e-mail that you will receive once you have payed the deposit.
- If you book with 6 weeks or less until your booking start date then you must pay the full balance. (This is non-refundable).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If full balance has been payed;
- Cancel 30 days or more before your booking start date and you will receive a 50% refund of total booking fee. (Option to transfer booking).
- 29 days or less no refunds will be given however you will have the option to transfer your booking within a 12 month period.
TRANSFER POLICY
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If full balance has been payed and you need to transfer your booking;
- Contact us 30 days or more before your booking start date and 50% of your payment can be applied to a future booking date. (Must be within 12 months).
